This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Vaorix website (“Website”), platform, and all related AI-powered tools and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Vaorix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website and Services immediately.

Accounts & User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vaorix and its Services.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activity associated with their account.

Vaorix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Abuse the platform or Services
Cause harm to other users or the platform infrastructure
Attempt unauthorized or malicious activities

Re-registration after account termination may be prohibited.

Wallet System & Usage Charges

Vaorix operates using a flexible pay-as-you-go wallet system.

Users must add funds to their wallet before accessing paid AI services. Usage fees are automatically deducted based on generated output.

Current pricing:

AI Text Generation — starting from €0.14 per 100 words
AI Story & Book Generation — starting from €0.14 per 100 words
AI Image Generation — starting from €0.61 per generated image
AI Code Generation — starting from €0.22 per generated line of code

Pricing may change at any time without prior notice.

Wallet balances:

Have no monetary or cash value outside the platform
Cannot be transferred between users
Cannot be withdrawn back to payment providers or bank accounts
Are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly approved by Vaorix

Unused wallet balances remain available until consumed.

Refund Policy

Vaorix provides digital AI-powered services and generated content. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are limited.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered if:

The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase
A technical issue or billing problem has occurred
Users first allow Vaorix reasonable time to investigate and resolve the issue

Requests should include:

Order or transaction details
Account information
A clear explanation of the issue

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be provided for:

Dissatisfaction with generated creative output
Previously consumed wallet balances
Partially used services
User-generated mistakes or incorrect prompts
Completed AI-generated content requests

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

Access to refunded services may be revoked
Users must stop using refunded content
Generated materials associated with refunded services may need to be deleted

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use Vaorix to:

Violate laws or regulations
Generate illegal, fraudulent, explicit, hateful, or harmful content
Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
Distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful software
Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or platform disruption
Interfere with the operation, stability, or security of the Services

Vaorix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice for violations of these rules.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, design elements, AI systems, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Vaorix and its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Generated Content

Users are responsible for reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs before using them commercially, legally, or publicly.

Vaorix does not guarantee:

Accuracy of generated content
Originality or uniqueness
Legal compliance of generated materials
Suitability for specific business or professional purposes

Generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unintended results.

Third-Party Services

Vaorix may contain integrations or links to third-party services, platforms, or websites.

We are not responsible for third-party content, software, services, or external practices.

Use of third-party resources is at the user’s own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaorix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the Services
Generated content inaccuracies
Downtime or interruptions
Data loss
Financial losses or lost profits

Users access and use the Services at their own discretion and risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaorix, its affiliates, partners, and team members from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses resulting from:

Your use of the Services
Violation of these Terms
Violation of laws or third-party rights
Misuse of generated content

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Any disputes related to Vaorix or its Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Estonia.

Changes to Terms

Vaorix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
